COVID-19 PCR test
PCR-test are no longer available for people with Covid-19 symptoms.
Those who want confirmation of infection are advised to use a home test, which can be purchased in pharmacies.
Only people travelling to countries where a negative Covid-19 test is needed can order a PCR test.
Testing for tourists will take place every weekday at Hlíðar Health Care Center. On weekends the PCR-testing is at Læknavaktin. You need to book a PCR-test at travel.covid.is.
