Preparing for Childbirth

Birth Preparation Course

Are you expecting a baby? This course is designed to help expectant parents feel confident, informed, and ready for both childbirth and the first days with their newborn.

Our goal is to strengthen your self-confidence and coping skills, empower you to take an active role in your birth experience, and support a positive approach to childbirth and early parenthood.

In this course, you will learn about:

  • Recognizing the start of labor and how to handle the period leading up to birth.
  • Factors that influence the birth process—both positively and negatively.
  • Effective tips and techniques for easing labor and managing contractions.
  • Medical interventions during childbirth, including cesarean birth.
  • Your newborn’s first days—bonding, recovery, and adjusting to your new role as parents.

This course is ideal from 28 weeks of pregnancy onward.
